"No Hunting"

The claim that is being made is that hunting is not allowed in this area.  The data is the sign on  the side of the road that states no hunting.  The warrant is assuming that since the sign was posted people would respect the authority and not hunt in this area.  The backing is showing the no hunting signs with bullet holes in it.  The bullets in the sign show that people are still hunting in a no hunting zone, and not following authority.  There do not seem to be any grounds.  The rebutted could be that since the sign looks old people may have changed there minds and stopped hunting in the designated area, since the sign is old we have no idea.  The qualifiers could be that hunting occurs everywhere and wherever there are animals people will hunt.  They could also say that they did not see the sign and thought the land was public land.
